Absolutely useless company
They want me to take a day of work to wait for a parcel thats worth £13, alternatively they say I can drive for 45 mins using approximately £5 in fuel and loosing £25 in wages to collect a £13 parcel.
I proved I was the buyer of the parcel and gave them permission to leave it on my door step but they say they are too incompetent to do such a simple action and I have to waste my valuable time doing there job for them.
This company is a joke and I would be embarrassed to work for them!
