Driver missed me twice,bit could bot be bothered to leave a card. When I called to enquire why,a guy was very careful not to say anything about a complaints procedure. This happened before,so it's a 100% failure rate. Avoid like the plague!!

Not an overnight service. Or a service at all. And not the first time I’ve had this experience with this company. After allowing extra time due to COVID, I contacted the depot on the 22/09/21 to ask where my parcel was. They said they had made an attempt on the 17/09/21 but no card was left for me. I asked if they could please deliver the following day. I phoned them the next day to ask if the parcel was out for delivery. It wasn’t, and they said they could deliver the next day. I drove to the depot to pick it up, taking time away from work and spending money on travel. When I got there the parcel had the wrong address on it. Brilliant business strategy, sell overnight delivery to the distributor, get the end customer to pick it up. No attempts were made to communicate with me or keep me appraised. Could distributors/ businesses please not use this outfit? The added hassle and waste of time, effort and money isn’t worth it.

Parcel delivered to wrong address. Office couldn't even locate parcel from picture ( blurry) Wilson road office mentioned an address it could have been delivered to , address not even near my home -,I've had to drive about and try and knock on a few doors but had no joy. Still trying to get help from APC ,spoke to lady at the Liverpool/ Huyton branch on Tuesday night she assured me the driver would be sent out to collect the parcel the very next day. This never happened. I'm still waiting for a update , emailed 3 times and called -absolutely awful customer service , I've had more help from the lady I have ordered from items from . Disgrace of a delivery company, very unhelpful, there has been no emergency over rectifying the mistake they made! ,anything could have happened to that parcel ,especially in someone else's home. ,why aren't they keeping customers safe that parcel has been in someone else home 2 days now covid is on the rise.

Following on from my review yesterday, this got worse. Having contacted the supplier yesterday I assume that they got in touch with this company. Received a text today to say delivery would be attempted between 1-3pm. By 5.00 no delivery. Called Totton office again and after some time they confirmed that it was still at the depot. I rather lost my sense of humour by then, pointing out that this should have been delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They didnt seem to be able to tell me when I could actually expect delivery. Having told them that it was the worst customer service they confirmed that the agency van driver hadnt been able to finish all their deliveries! I pointed out that this was not the first time I had had problems with them. I also pointed out that having not put it on the van on Monday or Tuesday it should have been prioritised today - I suggested that maybe he would like to deliver it - he said he was not going to do that but had the cheek to suggest I could collect it! At this point my husband called the supplier and explained the issue to see whether we could cancel the order as we had given up on it being delivered. At this point the phone was put down on me! The supplier advised that the delivery should actually have been made on the 15th as we had paid for 48 hour delivery (their first attempt was on the 16th!) it was now a week since the delivery should have been made - they agreed to cancel to order and refund us. An hour later guess who turned up with a parcel! I told them it was too late, we have re-ordered from another company who I pray dont use APC!

If I could give less than a 1 I would. Attempted delivery by this company on the 16th, card left. No attempt to deliver to neighbour or any way on website to allow this. Went back on the website and rescheduled for Monday 20th - arrived home 5.00pm no delivery - called them, first of all and then said that they didnt deliver to my area! Then said didnt have the re-schedule and not on the van would deliver next day, left instructions it could be left with neighbour - called again no response - left message dont expect a reply. Really poor service - now having to contact the seller re the issue!

Absolutely shambolic. I had been waiting for an important delivery and get an email telling me a delivery had been attempted. this is a LIE as I was in and waiting and no card was left NOR did the driver even attempt to ring the buzzer CLEARLY marked with my door number. The local depot does not pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. This is the first time I have come across this company and hopefully this is the last. The driver they used this morning did not even bother attempting to deliver yet tells his depot he couldn't deliver. Shambolic and shoddy outfit who I hope I never have to experience again

Awful courier company APC incompetence and mismanagement resulted in no delivery. APC left me a card requesting that I contact them to reschedule a free delivery. I did so and they ignored me/failed to do what they said they were going to do resulting in me needlessly waiting in all day for a delivery that didn’t turn up. They made a second attempt to deliver on a day that was not requested. Again they left a card requesting that I contact them to reschedule a free delivery. I did so without delay and they said that they would deliver the goods on a specified day. Again they failed to do what they said they were going to do. Instead they returned the goods to the seller. I will ensure in future that if I make any purchases online it will be a condition that the courier is not APC. Absolutely appalling service. Never again.

Was due my delivery between 10am and 12pm, we were stop number 10, he was on stop 7 when the tracking suddenly became unavailable I waited a few hours before contacting APC to find out what was going on, they told me they could not contact the driver as he was not answering his phone and they had no idea where he was, all I was told was that the route he had taken was rather strange, I was told I would be contacted when they had managed too get hold of him, I didn't hear from APC again and my order is still not here, I waited in all day for absolutely no reason, what I had ordered costs over £300! I am fuming that it has not arrived! It is a gift for my son and your driver has clearly just gone off with it! UPDATE: Was sent out for delivery the next day, this time we were stop 54! Huge leap from stop 10 the day before, suprise suprise it never turned up, another day sat inside all day waiting for something that never turned up, I don't have high hopes that I will ever receive parcel and if I do I don't expect it to be in good condition the amount it had been hauled around and gone from van, driven around all day, to depot, back into van driven around, back to depot, I thought I had experienced bad delivery companies, but this is on a whole 'nother level!

Parcels booked for collection on 14/09/21 and they're still sat here waiting to be picked up (16/09/21) but according to the tracking system they were collected yesterday! Local depot Lincoln answer the phone and immediately hang up. No reply to email sent. Can't reschedule pick up as the system thinks they've already been collected. I'm a new customer and I can't say I'm impressed so far. Shame as I was hoping to use their fragile service regularly.

Arranged collection on Monday from a customer that did not happen. I made numberous calls to local depot but they had no answers and never returned calls when they said they would . It was collected the next day but as yet not received, it’s now Wednesday evening. I did visit the local depot the said the delivery is manifested and not aware of collection. I give up, customer unhappy, days work lost time and phone call costs and think they have lost parcel.

Poor delivery - not one card has been left, so I don't know if they have been or not. They are delivering to a business and constantly deliver outside office hours which is useless to me. Avoid if you are planning a long term solution. DPD is by far the best.

Have been in twice to accept delivery I'm beginning to think they don't knock on the door suddenly get a card through the letterbox saying they missed me makes me wonder if drivers are working for themselves more delivery's more money. I'm baffled.

Waited in to receive a package, was only given a day slot, no time. Noticed a note saying we missed you about 4:00 PM, no knock or ring on the bell. Rearranged for the soonest they had, 3 days later, and took another day off of work, again a text with a day slot, and they didn't show, or even leave a note this time. They stopped replying to my emails after this. Two wasted days of work, and no communication. Avoid at all costs!!

Waiting my parcel on 27th August, but the company automatically change the delivery time to the next day which I already had an appointment and was not at home. They told me I lived in remote area (seriously? Edinburgh city is classified as remote area?) However, the driver seemed did not do his job to send the parcel to the reception, in fact I assume he rang the bell (of course I was not at home on the next day) and left the apartment. Who the hell will leave the apartment without leaving the parcel to the reception as there were definitely staffs at the desk! And because of this, I missed my time to pack up my stuffs that were aim to be shipped (I have to clear and leave the accommodation before 3rd September) And now (6th September) they deliver the same parcel again to my old address, but I already moved out (3rd September)!!!! Unbelievable!

Yet again on a Friday evening we are trying to fix APC's missing deliveries out. Time to move on!! APC is not a 24hr service and run by incompetence management. The company should stop trading immediately.

I've had three delivery notifications for my parcel and none of them have been met. No answer on the phone and no way to contact head office. Definitely one to avoid.

For some reason online retailers occasionally use this 'courier service' to deliver things. I have yet to receive anything from them that wasn't 'unexpectedly' delayed or returned to the sender undelivered. They send emails to inform you of a delay to your 'parcel' that you can't reply to, without anything (like a tracking No.) to identify what it is they've emailed you about. Maybe its just spam?? Which means you can't contact them because they've no idea who you are or what it is they haven't delivered. I live in a standard house, on a regular street in a suburban area. We aren't difficult to find and get deliveries from everyone else with no difficulty. These people are just seemingly incapable of delivering anything on time. The word 'overnight' in their name is blatant mis-selling. Please retailers DONT USE THESE GUYS

utter joke of a company orderd 4 tyres only got 2 on 24th aug now its 2nd sep! i contacted seller witch gave me APC number so i called and was told be here next day and quest what still not here sick of them saying will be delivered next day and there not here. i have now contacted ebay now cause im sick of the time wasting!... o and i have cctv so can't say i got the 4 cause cctv clearly shows only 2 delivered!...
