Following on from my review yesterday, this got worse. Having contacted the supplier yesterday I assume that they got in touch with this company. Received a text today to say delivery would be attempted between 1-3pm. By 5.00 no delivery. Called Totton office again and after some time they confirmed that it was still at the depot. I rather lost my sense of humour by then, pointing out that this should have been delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. They didnt seem to be able to tell me when I could actually expect delivery. Having told them that it was the worst customer service they confirmed that the agency van driver hadnt been able to finish all their deliveries! I pointed out that this was not the first time I had had problems with them. I also pointed out that having not put it on the van on Monday or Tuesday it should have been prioritised today - I suggested that maybe he would like to deliver it - he said he was not going to do that but had the cheek to suggest I could collect it! At this point my husband called the supplier and explained the issue to see whether we could cancel the order as we had given up on it being delivered. At this point the phone was put down on me! The supplier advised that the delivery should actually have been made on the 15th as we had paid for 48 hour delivery (their first attempt was on the 16th!) it was now a week since the delivery should have been made - they agreed to cancel to order and refund us. An hour later guess who turned up with a parcel! I told them it was too late, we have re-ordered from another company who I pray dont use APC!
