Utterly useless, rude and impatient. Courier came in our absence (at work) with a really urgent item and left without delivery despite us having a parcel box the size of god. We weren't contacted to enable us to manage the delivery and when we called their "customer services" number the guy we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. He insisted that a signature is needed "because we're APC". Who on earth demands a signature during a pandemic??? This poor service has caused us untold grief. Unless you're happy to be forced to wait in for up to 8 hours for these people to deliver on their terms not yours then AVOID APC AT ALL COSTS.

Delivered the wrong item and have lost the original item. Trying to find further information is impossible, I honestly don't know how APC is running a business with it's customer service. Every employee I speak to couldn't care less about my order. JOKE

Their delivery tracking is horrible it tells you nothing. They claim it was delivered yesterday but I have been in the last week 24/7 and I have no parcel to show for it. You cannot even get to speak to someone to help

The seller I purchased live bugs and frozen mice for my snakes, sadly used this service. I received an email stating they would deliver in 2 to 3 days. I was hoping late Friday or on Saturday, as I work until 1pm Fridays but am off Saturday & no actual date or time was specified. I received a sorry we missed you card on Friday. I tried to book redelivery on Saturday via the website, but it wouldn't recognize the consignment number. I rang the number on the card & the operator I spoke to said he would book a redelivery for Saturday & it would arrive between 8am & 1pm. Never arrived & I waited in all day. So I sent them an email explaining the items were frozen food & live bugs & they would be no good by Monday & send them back to the seller. No apology for never delivering Saturday - no communication at all in response to email; but they did return the items to the seller who is now refusing to refund me because I wasn't home for delivery. But delivery day & time was never specified, nor avaliable with the tracking/service requested by seller. This is the second order from the same seller that APC has messed up. The first time only half the order arrived. Now I am fighting the seller for a refund of £41.54 because I didn't know to be in Friday & APC never delivered Saturday as requested & as they said they would. However the refund issue is between myself & the seller. Don't tell me to email APC as I already did Saturday the 21st of November. No reply. No apology. Nothing. Won't be making any purchase where APC is the courier again.

Absolutely awful. No delivery and no card but they sent an email stating it was delivered???? Due to lock down we have been in 24hrs a day. This isn't the first time they have lied about delivering!!! Why do companies use them?

First attempt i wasn't at home my fault, second delivery slot was between 10:10-12:10 my wife was waiting till 12:10 they came 12:17, then I called them to rearrange delivery for next day it didn't happen and the day after they sent another delivery confirmation between 13:50-15:50 they came 16:37 and unfortunately I was in the toilet , I called the company straight away and the lady said that was third attempt and she hang out . Never use this company .

Was out when courier called on the Monday.Went on line and rebooked delivery for Tuesday asked for confirmation email which I received.Waited in all day Tuesday no parcel arrived.Rang Doncaster depot on Wednesday and the lady was very abrupt and unhelpful. She said that nothing was arranged for Tuesday and that the confirmation email was not proof that I had booked the delivery for Tuesday.During Tuesday I had used the parcel tracker and the parcel was marked as out for delivery on Tuesday but when I rechecked on Wednesday before ringing Doncaster that line about delivery on Tuesday had been removed.

The worst service in the UK. Second redelivery, didn't happen. It was my fault not theirs everytime. I was called a C^NT before being hung up on.

APC overnight is a company with terrible customer care ethic, I'm wondering if some of the delivery personnel in the south east London area are running a scam? I have had email on 2 occasions in October 2020 saying that a card had been dropped (no card was ever dropped) I filled out customer reference forms online but have never heard anything form the company and my goods have never been seen. I want to escalate this but am not sure where to turn to as they never answer the phone can someone help? I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely RUBISH and USLESS !!! After first delivery attempt when nobody was in home, I re-arranged delivery for Friday when somebody will be in home for half a day. On Thursday I send them email with explanation that nobody is in home in the morning and I kindly asked them to make this delivery at afternoon between 2pm to 8pm. On Friday morning they responded that they can not do this! Few hours later I received a text with information of another unsuccessful attempt! What a rubbish service! Where is a point to send a courier if you know that nobody is in ?!! Is it so hard to call the courier and as him to deliver it later by the ensd of a day ??!!! On Saturday I was traveling 20 miles (one way) to their APC Depot in Verwood to collect my parcels. After arrival I found a warehouse with opened gate with few vans and small parcels scattered around and nobody in. I was shouting '' Hello! Hello, Is anybody there '', ... but no answer. In the meantime I was calling to the office on their landline and mobile number and after waiting 20 minutes with no response at all, completely frustrated I decided to go inside and find anybody. Finally I found the office and a young girl inside. I said that I just would like to collect my parcels. Unhappily the only what she was able to say is that I shouldn't be here inside and I should leave their property !!! I said again, I was driving 20 miles to this Depot and I just would like to collect my parcels. But she said that I should pre-arrange this earlier by phone as she don't know how to locate my parcels !!! In the last few years It is not first time something has come to me via APC and there always has been an issue !!! What a useless, rubbish and unfriendly company !!!

APC are a complete joke and the biggest disappointment in courier history. On at least 3 or 4 occasions this year (every time something has come to me via APC) there has been an issue. The issue is APC but more, their delivery driver(s) in my area. Each time, apparently I've had a delivery attempt and been carded, no, my camera shows the van pull up, then drive away again, no one gets out, no one knocks on the door! They even take photos of the front of my house / door, from their vans!!!! I now have the camera in full view but this seems to make no difference. I've had items returned to the sender, I've had to get temp staff, to retrieve my items and bring them to me, I've had 1 item delivered but it was sent 30 houses up the road, this is not a neighbour! I've had people who have sent me items, complain to you. I've complained to you, in person, at your High Wycombe depot, nothing makes any difference. I'm currently in a position, where I sent a parcel last year, it was lost (nothing to do with APC) but 14 months later, it has been found and guess who has the job of returning it to me, yes, APC, do I have said parcel? No, no I do not, as yet again, you've attempted delivery and carded, no, no you have not. So now I'll take this as far as I can, through Interparcel, as they have tasked APC with the return delivery, or not, as is the case. I'm past complaining about you guys, now I'll just leave bad reviews everywhere I can.

Tracking this morning said to expect delivery between 12 and 14.30. By midday there was no longer any tracking information available. Local depot failed to answer phone between 4 and 6 pm. At 7pm I still haven’t had a delivery. This is a perishable product. I had the same problem last year with no explanation or apology. They are much the worst courier service.

On-time delivery? not a chance. They are useless, tried to call the depot several times, tried to reach them via their facebook page. Spoke to several people for 2 days, no help at all. They don't respect any interval they give. DO NOT USE THEM, avoid at all cost.

Absolutely shocking. Had text message earlier this morning to say my packet would be delivered between 10:20 and 12:20 today. Nobody showed up so I phoned the local APC depot who advised this was an approximate window (the text said nothing about this so I was under the impression that like other couriers such as DPD they would deliver within the specified time window) and that my parcel was still out for delivery and would be with me "anytime now" ... It's now 3:10pm and there is absolutely no sign of my parcel so have just called APC back who said my parcel had been queued as the driver attempted delivery!! When I told them this was compellteky untrue, the woman put me on hold for 10 minutes to check something then when she came back she said it was because I live in a pedestrianised area and so this determines what time they can deliver??? Complete nonsense, I am not in a pedestrianised area and couriers deliver here all the time! She told me the driver couldn't come back round and that it would be tomorrow now which I am really not happy with. I was supposed to go out this afternoon but have had to stay in for this delivery and I've now lost the day thanks to APC's unreliability!

Delivery tracking claimed item delivered, telephone conversation with depot where adamant item delivered and furthermore driver had photographic proof of item left on doorstep (wrong house btw). Only on hearing me say I’ll check our cctv system did they then say sorry driver would be back within 10minutes. Despite twice initially saying delivered and have proof of delivery etc. Fed another lot bs on phone after lodging online complaint, they had said was attempted delivery etc. Seriously something amiss with this company and still firmly in our opinion had we not have told them we had cctv we would not have received jewellery item. Dishonest

Absolutely worst delivery service going four days it was out for delivery on the van so stuck in for 4 days no attempt to deliver and all I got from the depot was it's on the van these are in the dark ages compared to other couriers absolutely shocking service
