Hi Heather, Thank you for your email. Sorry that you have not received your delivery. I have looked into this for you and it is showing that it is out for delivery with the couriers today. They estimate that it will be with you between 4:46pm and 6:26pm. I don't know what it hasn't been out for delivery before now as they received it on the 9th November so should have been delivered to you on the 11th November. Then it got scanned back in at the depot and then seems to have been overlooked for some reason. I can only apologise for this. I will make a note on your account that any future deliveries that you have are with a different courier and I have also processed a refund for your shipping as an apology for the delay. “Ancient Wisdom offers me flexiblity in order size, which, being a small concern, helps me greatly. Their occasional special offers on delivery charges encourages me to place more orders with them, rather than with other suppliers. Orders come quickly and are always very well packaged. Whenever I get the time to I love reading the weekly newsletter and really wish they were closer to me so I could go and visit their warehouse. (I'm down in the West Country). I love Baobab and was delighted to find that they have amazing Baobab joss sticks and am longing for the day they also stock Baobab carrier oil.”

“Been a customer now for around 10 years. I really like that fact that there are new products continually being added. All products are great quality and good prices. Minimum basket size is low enough for frequent topping up which really helps and the gold discount is great. If you have a gift shop you really need Ancient Wisdom as a supplier”
