Myself and Steph went to the wholesalers for a change so we could put our hands on some of the products we often browse on the website. You book in for an hour slot and are met in the waiting area by two lovely ladies. You get the choice to browse alone or with one of the staff members. We chose to browse alone as there’s A LOT to look at. We were made a hot drink and left to our own devices. We were worried we would take longer than the hour time slot but were assured that it wouldn’t matter. After browsing the staff member took our order. She did this by walking round with us and using the same order system we would use from home. She didn’t know a lot of the crystals and gemstones but that didn’t affect her lovely customer services. She explained the ordering and picking process to us. Whilst we waited after paying, we spotted some more items we wanted and she was lovely. It wasn’t any issue to add to the order. The staff member also helped us with an account issue with had with their sister company Agnes and cat. This was rectified whilst we waited. Within about 15/20 minutes another staff member from the warehouse brought our stuff out and helped us to the car. Nothing seemed to be a problem and all staff members were lovely.
