“so just been on the phone with someone called annmarie she was very rude and abrupt and when she said o you have a motorbike we don't do motorbikes put the phone down on me, customer service has been very poor, and if you don't meet there criteria they just see you as a less than human and hang up. i would highly recommend that you re-train your staff better and look into this as it makes your company look a joke kind regards terry”

Just to confirm we passed you over to our partner company Policylink as we do not cover impounded motorcycle so it is a representative of this company you have spoken to not someone from Alternative Insurance Brokers. “Absolutely brilliant service, good to be able to speak to a human especially because it was a stressful time for me. Very informative and knowledgeable about the special insurance I would need for release of a car from a police compound. “I called Alternative Insurance Brokers a couple of years ago and the service has been fantastic. We needed an insurance policy on a tight deadline and after contacting many brokers who were unable to help or just didn't call back, Laura was able to find an insurer who could offer a policy, and then went on to find a more competitive price for us all within a short space of time, keeping us informed all the while. Later she made sure we didn't miss our renewal, and helped with changes of circumstance that affected the policy. Friendly, conversational and absolutely professional! “This is a very bad Company. Right now i lost 9,500$. The people only answer when they believe that they can make money. But when they got it, they dont talk to you anymore. There is a girl named Stefanie and she swear by the life of her mother that i can trust her. Maybe her mother already died. My luck changed when i was introduced to cp-investigation. com who helped me get all of my money back.”

“I would highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service from Kerry Laura and Darren which makes a huge difference after experiencing a complete nightmare with other insurance companies from comparison websites. It’s such a relief to be insured with a company I can trust. Professional friendly staff who actually do what they promise to. I’m a returning customer who left to save a few pounds upon renewal which was the worst thing I could of done. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company it’s five stars from me.”

I received even a follow up call from the Sales advisor, Laura, about 2 or 3 times actually, to find out how the process of recovering the car went. I was absolutely delighted. “I was sold insurance advised by the rep and I didn’t need it . Trying to get my money back is stressing . It’s a matter of principle rather than procedure. But this company has none. £395 is a hell of a lot of money to me.”

Hi Jason, Having investigated your complaint the sales agent has confirmed on the second call with your partner to check with your insurer whether you are still covered before you paid for the policy. We have also approached the insurer to ask about a refund given that you have not used the cover and they have refused to do so but we did advise at point of sale that this was a non-refundable policy.
