so just been on the phone with someone called annmarie she was very rude and abrupt and when she said o you have a motorbike we don't do motorbikes put the phone down on me, customer service has been very poor, and if you don't meet there criteria they just see you as a less than human and hang up. i would highly recommend that you re-train your staff better and look into this as it makes your company look a joke
