Quickly came up with a quote for a French NCD. The price was competitive. The people I talked to on the phone were helpful and polite.

I had a small bumper tap back in 2019 due to a icy road in fact a small scuff on mine and the ladies bumper I’m still driving car without repair even tho tcut would remove the mark, The lady instantly jumped out the car claiming wip lash to her neck. I explained to my Adrian flux 4 times even gave a collar number from a police officer who witnessed the whole thing. After 5 months I heard nothing from Adrian flux at all. On my renewal the claim that was paid out was nearly 6k. On asking Adrian flux why was this so much they stated it was due to injury/whiplash, I continued to ask why they paid this as I had evidence that it couldn’t of been whiplash as it was less then 5mph tap and the woman jumped out bouncing around claiming she had whiplash, police witness too I was told that’s not their department. And they couldn’t do nothing as it’s already been paid out. This is one star too many

I only used Flux last year because they were the only company who'd accept my Spanish NCB but, they charged me DOUBLE for that service. When my policy came for renewal, their email said "We've found the most competitive quote" but it was still over DOUBLE what I've been quoted. Also their email says they're going to take the money automatically. I sent two emails telling them not to but both ignored. Had to call to get response and the guy said, "oh, how much have you been quoted?" I told him to just give me their best quote to which he said, oh we don't work that way! I will NEVER use this company again! I also asked for an email to confirm they wouldn't take any funds at the end of the current policy.

If I could give '0', I would. Took out a policy some 5 months ago, paid in full at the time, with a 6000 mile annual limit, but realised over the course of the year I would breach that limit (currently at 4k), so called to increase. They emailed a response, first stating they would increase my premiums by ~£1K and then stated they were unilaterally cancelling my policy with 7 days notice. I've two cars insured with this company, have no claims and have no prior claims with any other company. I'm absolutely apoplectic at their approach and attitude... if you see this review on other websites, well, it's genuine and it's just me posting it multiple times to get the message across. Avoid them like the plague.

Anyone thinking about agreed value insurance or infact any insurance please be aware of what I feel is an absolute con . I phoned Adrian Flux Insurance Services last week for a quote on my defender , I told them an approximate value on the vehicle etc , they came back to me with a figure of £245 for 12 months insurance agreed value , all I had to do was send 7 photo's of the condition and fill in a few forms , simple , after sending the documents last week , today they emailed me to tell me that their agreed value figure . The figure they quoted was far less than agreed over the phone and far less than one of their competitors have agreed on , they basically told me that they could not insure my vehicle unless I agreed to 25% less than its market value , I told them that Hagerty had agreed the full market value so no I will use your 14 day cooling off / cancellation period please , for this they charged me £72 !!!! so be warned , they agree to everything over the phone, can't insure you and then charge you for going elsewhere , absolute disgrace

The girl I spoke to was very clear and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Documents were emailed promptly. This is our first time to insure with the company but am very happy.

I have both car and motorcycle insured with Adrian Flux for the past 3 years. They are competitive, and very helpful and knowledgeable. With friendly staff and service. 10 out of 10.

Have had one car insured with Markey Study (via Adrian Flux) for 8 years & have they have just arranged a great deal for me on a performance car with Aviva. Every year they try & find me the best value policy for my requirements (driving abroad with brake down etc) Highly Recommended

Absolutely disgusted at this company. An ambulance smashed into my car while it was parked outside my work. Ambulances insurance were brilliant, gave me a car for 3 weeks and once my car was deemed a write off paid the full asking price no problem. I phone Adrian to notify them of what happened and that I would need to change the vehicle on my policy. They said the insurers wouldn't insure the new vehicle and so the policy would have to be cancelled and they would try a different insurer. Gave me a massively inflated quote which was literally double what other insurers were charging which I obviously didn't accept. They then charged me £200 to cancel the policy.. £200!!! For something that is entirely out of my control. I feel absolutely sick to my stomach at what they have done. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this Rip off company. Charge extortionate cancellation fees. Had Motorhome insurance just for 2 months, had to cancel for family reasons and charged over £280 to cancel. Would not recommend at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Too bad car insurance supplier. Use a relative low price to trap you. After you paid the insurance fee, they will find any excuse to charge you. As too many excused, it looks like they just want money. But, after payed, you need to make a declearantion to pay for exceeded miles than you supplied in the documents. As the documents was based on the form you filled last year, if your do not modify it carefully, you will be trapped. I cannot remember whether I had a chance to modify the form or not, as it was recommond by confuse. Too bad. No recommodation. Keep far away from this company.

Cancelled my 17 yr sons insurance because he changed his job from waiter to working in a warehouse. Couldn’t work because of covid so gets a new job and this is the result. Paid £ 1700 in Aug. Only giving us £600 refund. Offered us new insurance for £2000. How the hell is he suppose to find money like that. Outrageous treatment!! What has this taught him. Don’t be honest ! and don’t work hard ! Thank you for that !!!!

I bought Adrian Flux policy online on 5th of September. They said to submit few documents by certain time I phoned them up asking information about the document which they required the very next day. The customer service lady was okay they had my occupation from my previous policy as a taxi driver. I explain the lady due to COVID-19, I am not working as a taxi driver and working at my friends shop at post office. She suggests me to change my occupation as a taxi driver ( she never state that I can’t buy a policy because My occupation is taxi driver) and she changed my occupation and put me that I worked at post office. I was satisfied as everything is all sorted. After a few days they send me a mileage black box without letting me know. Which cost me £160. Which I feel is totally unfair. Why I have to pay for this mileage box. When I asked they told me as I bought the policy online that’s why they send me this mileage box. They asked me to charge it when I installed it. so I have to keep my car on just to charge this box for 30 minutes. Even though I no need to use my car. Then the next morning they send me a email asking me again to charge this black box and also asked me another document from my employer. I had policies from 16 years no one ever asked that much documentation. I phoned them why I need to charge this black box even though I no need to use my car? I also told them I still have my taxi which I can use for my personal use as well. If they are thinking or worried about mileage she accused me of lier that I lied to them about my occupation. Which I never.... then they cancelled my policy and said they don’t do insurance for taxi driver. Which wasn’t mention anywhere in terms and conditions. They also charge me cancellation fee. They are absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to lawyer and thinking to sue them. Because of them now my insurance is very high. I have to pay ridiculous amount of money. They ripped people, mislead them and also have hidden charges. Which they never mentioned when you buy policy online. They should me more clear about each and every aspect. I certainly never ever buy or recommend this company to any one. Thanks for very bad experience.
