Cancelled my 17 yr sons insurance because he changed his job from waiter to working in a warehouse. Couldn’t work because of covid so gets a new job and this is the result. Paid £ 1700 in Aug. Only giving us £600 refund. Offered us new insurance for £2000. How the hell is he suppose to find money like that. Outrageous treatment!!
What has this taught him. Don’t be honest ! and don’t work hard !
