“The plates were beautiful.but we made a slight mistake When ordering.we contacted them immediately.to rectify.but they said they would have to charge us another £60+vat !!! Otherwise this review would have been more positive”

“Would not use again. Jake needs some education in Customer Services. He is just a bulky boy. Neverv refunded the money he promised. Was looking for some more expensive plates but have put my business elsewhere”

“Not impressed with service at all. I mistakenly purchased a number plate online which was my fault. I also purchased plates so when i rang up afyer realising my mistake i got a not so helpful employee of your. Yes i bought another reg but he wouldn't send it out until i sent the other plates and document. I tried to explain i had already purchased plates so why did i have to send back something that belongs to me. I was happy to send documents back. He just keept saying what do you not understand. Anyway i have sent all back at my cost and i am still waiting on new number coming.”

“Having received the Reg no and found it does not correspond to my car and lost the majority of my money returning it I think something should be put in place to make sure the purchaser knows that a private Reg no does not necessarily equate to the car you are buying it for. I have talked to many people who have also expressed surprise that I was not warned about this eventuality. What annoys me just as much is you will now sell this Reg no on and also the plates making even your return double on my original purchase minus £120 compensation paid to myself. “Appalling service!!! It’s been a month and NO SIGN of my number plate paperwork. I’ve sent emails and NO RESPONSE!!! I’ve phoned and got told DVLA are dealing with it. I’ve paid for my plate and not a small amount either and I’ve got nothing to show for it!!! No one has had the decency to contact me to let me know what’s going on. Not a positive experience for myself. Very disappointed.”

“15 working days after placing my order and no documents received yet. I’ve contacted Absolute Reg to chase 3 times and told it’s “with the DVLA”. No way of verifying this. I will update this review if I ever receive my reg or indeed some “service” from this company.”

“Bought plate I asked the staff any others hidden charges he said not guess watt there was extra few different charges would not recommend and post was very late especially paying for post £12or £14 joke Of company”
