Not impressed with service at all. I mistakenly purchased a number plate online which was my fault. I also purchased plates so when i rang up afyer realising my mistake i got a not so helpful employee of your. Yes i bought another reg but he wouldn't send it out until i sent the other plates and document. I tried to explain i had already purchased plates so why did i have to send back something that belongs to me. I was happy to send documents back. He just keept saying what do you not understand. Anyway i have sent all back at my cost and i am still waiting on new number coming.
