Disappointed. It would have been nice if Jumpking had responded to the contact email that I sent to them via their website - although there are lots of comments online to say that they are not good at responding - and then they send me a request for a review ! Having purchased a cheaper trampoline surround that was not fit for purpose, and which started to fall apart within the first hour of use, I opted to go for a direct replacement of our previous Jumpking surround, which has lasted a good many years. Unfortunately, what I assumed would be a direct replacement is in fact a vastly inferior product. There were previously 16 webbing straps on the outer edge, whereas now there are only 8. There were 16 pairs of long elastic cords on the inner edge, whereas now there are only 8 short pairs. The under lining of the surround was a nice quality, stitched material, whereas now it is a cheap plasticky material, with gaps where it overlaps. The 8 foam pads were single pieces, whereas now they are what appear to be offcuts, which overlap rather than sitting nice and flat. I suppose if there is still no response to this, the next step will be to see if there is any kind of response from social media.
