I order 2 vacuums on a 2 day lead in.
I contacted you after 3 days because they hadn't arrived. I was then informed that the supplier had no stock until October. I needed the vacuums then.
Why was the lead in falsely advertised?
Why did it take me to call to find out they weren't in stock?
On the basis of the above, I will not be using tool store uk again
