pro: real food, low carb, high protein, gluten free.
con: they don't quite keep me filled up long enough. that said, I am a very sporty old woman with a reasonable metabolism. I have managed to lose half of my small surplus of weight. 1kg to go.
I mix with a little water and some fruit and yoghurt and eat for breakfast. to my mind breakfast should be eaten with a spoon or knife and fork, not drunk from a beaker!
favourite is pistachio, then cherry bakewell then almond.”

“I have a new addiction - Purition with yoghurt or Skyr for my breakfast or brunch. I love almost all the flavours, and there are none I dislike. There were a few initial hiccups delivering to me in Ireland, but Phillipa in Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful. Now it all flows very smoothly and I am confident it is helping me to eat well as I aim to lose my Covid weight (at last!). My current favourite flavours are Vanilla and Chocolate.”
“Have to say when I read about Purition I was very sceptical, however I need not have worried. I use it not so much as a meal replacement more to increase my protein and contains a very useful prebiotic. Majority of the flavours are great. Cost is very reasonable for what you are actually getting and if you subscribe it works out as the price of half a cup of coffee i. E. £1.50. a day. Customer 3is great and delivery is excellent. Whats not to like. Would wholeheartedly recommend

“As a busy mum of 5 young children I have always been 'grab and go' with my food. Now at 44 its taking its toll on my body. When I saw the nutribullet go with purition it made sense!
I use plant milk, spinach, banana and my favourite vanilla and macadamia. Whilst its blending I clear the counter, then whilst I'm sipping my meal I can be preparing the children's food.
After just a week I feel so much better, sleeping well, no junk craving, no coffee cravings and have dropped 1.5kg of extra weight!!
