I LOVE THEM. i PUT THEM INTO PLAIN YOGURT, OR MIX WITH HOT WATER TO MAKE A PORRIDGE, OR I DO A SMOOTHIE. THE THING I LIKE THE MOST IS THEY ARE NOT SWEET, I ADD DRIED OR FRESH FRUIT TO MINE, MY FAVE IS PISTACHIO ALTHOUGH I LIKE ALL I HAVE TRIED SO FAR.
