The product is exactly as described. However, I purchased it on the misunderstanding that Retinol would make me look younger but when I tried it I realised that retinol itself has the effect of tightening the skin when applied, which in in effect tightens the skin, making it looser in the long term and more likely to wrinkle when not applied. I have realised that this product is not for me and will stick with moisturiser.
