Good experience overall in buying from this source for the first time. All items arrived well packed and on time. One small snag with the Felco replacement thumb catch kit however! The threaded bolt provided in the kit to fix the thumb catch was marginally too large for the existing ( very old) hole on the secateurs and left the catch rather loose. Fortunately the old threaded bolt was still serviceable and I ended up using it! Replacement blade and handle cover were spot on.
