Complete Scam The more you make the more they take in fees to the point that you can’t take your money out. They wanted $43,000 to take $350,000 out of my account. If you can’t come up with the money they block you and you never see your money. They also don’t have a withdrawal button, meaning you are completely left vulnerable. Later, I realized that this was a fraudulent project where I would have lost my funds, so a good friend of mine directed me to Mrs. Morris Meihua, who helped me recover all the money which I had invested on this broker including my profit... I became a victim of a scam from this company, which slyly took my hard-earned money through deception. Losing the cash I worked so hard to earn was incredibly frustrating. They wouldn’t let me withdraw even a cent and kept pushing me to pay taxes. I want to warn others to avoid brokers and account managers who took advantage of me, resulting in a loss of over $800,000 of my investment capital. Do not send any money to this fraudulent website. Once they have gained your trust, they will take 70% of the remaining funds in your wallet. You may feel pressured to transfer larger amounts in an attempt to save money, only to find yourself bankrupt. Feel free to place in order which you think is fairly bad to worse. Never place bets online (THEY WILL KEEP ASKING FOR MORE ID TO PROVE ITS YOU THROUGH EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MATTER HOW MANY PRIVATE DETAILS YOU SHOW THEM EVEN WITH YOU HOLDING IT UP TO YOUR FACE AND TAKING A SELFIE, DONT SEND IT BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP ASKING FOR MORE) Then after being rejected number of times you sit back and think...They no whave all your personal details.... Very clver scam of taking your money then using you ID for whatever they have planned. They should be shut down.

I had cause to complain about the previous appalling levels of Customer Service at the Broxburn (East Mains Branch) in the Summer of 2024. However William Hill addressed my concerns and have put in a new team into the Broxburn Branch. What a turnaround the new team at Broxburn have made a remarkable and wonderful difference to the level of service. They are genuinely welcoming, caring and genuinely put the customer at the heart of everything they do. The look after their elderly, infirm and those with learning difficulties and help everyone in anyway they can. They seem to know when customers with special needs arrive in the shop as the greet them at the disabled lift on their arrival and help then get settled. The team are first class's and I appreciate the difference you and your new team have made to the Broxburn (East Mains) shop. Thank you for listening and for making a difference Kind Regards

Got band from William Hill for using there free games and only betting a couple of pounds a week ( which is all I can afford) so much for there be bet aware announcements. To top it off I had around £10 in my account which I couldn’t get back despite sending photo Id and all that was requested.

Have accounts with all leading bookmakers and this is by far the worst I only put one star as it won't allow you to put zero customer service is virtually no existing now a bet that win is down as lost and nobody has gave me any answers as to why this is not the first time but it will be the last as I will never use again reading other reviews I don't understand how they are still operating

I recently applied for a position at William Hill and had a rather disappointing experience. After being contacted through Indeed, I was asked to complete an online 'game,' which I passed. I was then invited for an interview 2 weeks later, but the process left much to be desired. The manager conducting the interview appeared to be unfamiliar with both the job itself and how to conduct an effective interview. She merely recited the job description and did not provide any opportunity for me to discuss my background or skills, despite my extensive experience in customer service. During the conversation, I was unexpectedly informed that the role would require travelling to various branch stores across the city, rather than being based at a single location as advertised online. Even the manager acknowledged that this requirement was unfair. She admitted that she was unaware of how the recruitment process worked and that the final decision was up to HR, leaving many of my questions unanswered. Moreover, she mentioned that a previous candidate had returned to the store after two weeks without any follow-up from the recruitment team, which added to the overall sense of disorganisation and lack of professionalism. At the end of the interview, I felt confused and underwhelmed. It seemed as though they either already had another candidate in mind or were deterred by the fact that I did not have a driving licence, despite my willingness to use public transport. In hindsight, after reading other reviews, it appears I may have dodged a bullet. The hiring process felt unprofessional and disorganised from the start. I received no updates from the recruitment team, and the interview process seemed like a mere formality. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering applying here. Based on my encounter, I would advise proceeding with caution.

I used their chat function to tell them they had incorrectly showed my forecast doubles to shows winners when they weren’t so gave me false hope that I had won. The first operator didn’t understand, the second advised they are losers so that’s it. She put me through to an operator who said the bet stands as a loser which I already knew and then ended the chat without giving me chance to respond. Very frustrating. I only wanted assurance that this won’t happen again or an explanation. Will now close my account.
