Our trip was really well planned with Etienne answering my hundreds of questions and helping to tailor our special holiday to exactly what we wanted. Though not local he was very knowledgeable and asked questions of locals where there were queries he didn't have immediate answers to. On the trip the support was excellent, both Etienne and Aggie were just a quick text away and checking in to make sure all was going well. It made it really easy to sit back and enjoy the moment, knowing we were in good hands. When we had flight delays and were wondering if we would make it to our next destination, I felt happy knowing that they would organise something lovely for us if things didn't go to plan.
