Service was fine. The product did the job but the 20mm(id/25od) flexible hose is very difficult to fix onto the water butt inlet - at least trying to get as far up the inlet as possible. Used to be able to buy a flexible translucent hose which was easier to push on but doesn't seem to be available any more.
