We had verisure install in october 2021 we paid by debit visa sum off £600.50,the system was not working and called verisure for an electrician to solve the problem they kept giving dates which was not honoured so we stopped the direct debit monthly payments,we told verisure many times we wanted a refund they kept lying and fobbing us off..We decided to contact our bank to refund our monies in full and the bank took the dispute to verisure..Verisure are now disputing all claims and demanding monies back and equipment as they keep saying we dont own it!!! However we are in a better position than them as we have full refund from our bank and the equipment,we have offered them either we keep the equipment and pay them back and or we keep monies and they take equipment,they are stumped at the moment as to what to do!!!..I advise people if you paid by credit card and or directly through your bank by card transfer the bank will honour your monies when you explain your problem with Verisure and they will chase the money bank as the bank dont want to be out of pocket..Always record your call when talking to verisure but do inform them that you are recording calls ,also email them in all correspondence so you have a paper trail...Good luck but do not let them bully you and listen to their hard pressed speeches!!!
