“The Alarm appears to be working. But I am a bit worried that it took serial calls, and it the Arlo help desk to inform me that the garage camera, was not a Arlo camera. It belongs to Verisuer, and as such it would not be on the Arlo Apps. When I informed the help desk that I was still waiting for the WhatsApp number. All I got was an apology. I had to ask for the number. The young man did not have it, but he had to got and get it. For these reasons I had to give only a 3 star.”

“Came to see why smoke cannister was not sending correct signals to you system. Probably power cut issues due to storm a while ago which left no power for 5 days. Engineer changed all batteries and reset the system. He was very polite and having come up from Llanlli arrived on time. Excellent service 10/10”
