“I have been working with Urban Village for a number of years as a professional landlord in the South East London area. The service I receive from Suzanne and her team is exceptional and has always been without fault or hiccup. They are speedy in sourcing high quality tenants and always communicate well with me throughout the process. There are never any queries or complaints at the end of the transactions, from either myself, vacating or new tenants. I have also been very well supported by their knowledgeable team if I ever encounter repairs/legal issues that I can not resolve myself. They recommend excellent local contractors and have great working relationships emanating from their property management department. On the occasions that I have needed to engage the sales teams to either procure or offload assets, they have been competitive, calm and competent. Their experience and knowledge of the area has ensured for us both a long and lasting working relationship, I recommend Urban Village highly and regularly to friends and family and will continue to do so.”
