I have had the water cooled system installed for over a year. It is probably one of the best decisions I have made to have it installed. Especially in a modern apartment.
However, the on-going support following installation has not been as great.
The yearly servicing and warranty at £200+ VAT isn’t worth the money. The engineer that attended whipped down the unit and sprayed some disinfectant into it. Nothing else was checked (ie compressor etc).
