I have never written a negative review before but feel quite strongly about my experience.....
After receiving the plant I called to speak to customer service as rose was not as described. I have never bought a plant online and explained I knew nothing about gardening but this was a special present for my mother as part of her birthday celebration.
Didn’t get the response I was looking for from customer service but an unenthusiastic attempt was made to try and reassure me.
