My order was placed by phone to be delivered on 16th August. Your customer services assistant was most helpful and pleasant to talk with. Delivery arrived bang on time ready for me to take as a gift for my cousin and his wife who were hosting a party the next day. They were absolutley delighted with the rose plant which now has pride of place in their front garden. It came with five buds almost ready to bloom. All in all, a total success, many thanks to you.
