I would like to thank Iain Rose for his honesty & advice regarding a survey which he carried out for me in Bedford. I was potentially going to buy this property, however, after talking with Iain I realised that a lot of work was going to be needed to be done. After careful consideration, I feel that there is too much hassle involved and I will not be buying this property. It simply isn't worth my while. Fantastic customer service from Iain.
