Once I had scheduled the appointment in our surveyor Ian was punctual and understood exactly what needed to be done, given our slightly unusual report requirements. When I asked if he could do a revisit a month later, he was responsive & was available next working day to quickly pop round. Highly recommend! Great service from Ian and the team.”

“Had our roof space treated for woodworm. We have an old (over 200years old) Cheshire farmhouse Excellent service from survey through to spraying. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Can't fault their service and attention to detail.”

“A first class service from Timberwise from the whole team. After an initial call the Surveyor Mark came out to visit and advise- he was so helpful. Very quickly work started and I found Dean (who did the building work) to be so competent, professional and reassuring it made the whole experience much less stressful for us. Following on from this Mark the plasterer completed the work to a high standard. We were so pleased we chose Timberwise and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you”

“We were in desperate need of our landing to be plastered. This company was recommended by a work colleague. Graham came to the house and assessed the damage. He was polite and treated our house with respect. Graham did a fantastic job to a very high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company.”

“Timberwise was recommended to me by a local RICS surveyor as I was looking for a specialist in the tanking of cellars. A very polite and well presented gentleman turned up on time on the appointed day, surveyed both my cellar and outside the property, looked at supporting information from myself and other sources, explained to me face to face his initial thoughts ( complete with diagram), wrote a report complete with photos, and then liaised with the initial RICS Surveyor who was pulling together information from multiple sources. Timberwise were very professional and I was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Great service from start to finish. I made initial enquiries and sent photos then booked a survey. The surveyor was lovely and gave me great advice. The quote was reasonable and the work booked in. The guy from Timberwise who tanked the garage walls was lovely, on time, pleasant and left the space very tidy. He worked hard all day to complete this first part of the job. Plasterers came 2 days later as arranged and were finished before lunchtime. So far so good, no more water from the neighbouring raised ground level when it rains.”

“A very nice young man, Jack Cowan, came to survey my very cold and damp flat. He was extremely thorough, showed me meter readings, took lots of photographs and gave me explanations as he worked. He also agreed the empty flat below me could be part of the problem of condensation, which I now have. I took all his advice on board Having a new window fitted with trickle vents, in the bedroom, the worst room, also an infrared heater. A big new Dehumidifier has helped a lot, and is cheap to run. I have created more space in my wardrobe and drawers, for better ventilation. This has made a difference, clothes dried out. I have a routine when I put heating on, the the Dehumidifier, a Bosch, I recommend. It can even be run overnight, it's so quiet. As for the empty flat below me. That is now in the hands of a lawyer. I found out that ownership was not registered by the family, who inherited the flat 5 years ago, and completely ignore it. So Legally it still belongs to the deceased. Putting me in limbo. However, this situation will be resolved eventually, now that I have employed a lawyer. Jack was a great help, and so nice it was a pleasure to have him in my home.”
