Dean (Foster) came to our house and was extremely helpful. He also confirmed the appointment by text the day before and gave a good indicator what time he will arrive which helps us plan the day much easier. He identified the issue immediately and gave good advice. We actually had Dean 2 years ago with another survey in a different part of the house and then Timberwise helped us to rectify the issue, so very happy to see him again as we trust him to be professional and efficient. thank you Dean.
