The whole end to end service from survey to quote, booking the works in and then having them carried out was so simple and easy. Lovely to talk to real people in this age of AI. Norman who carried out the work on the day was very considerate and diligent. This is the second time I’ve used their wood worm services ( different works) and id defiantly recommend them.
