Initial survey was very helpful. Identified the sources of our damp problems, explained them in clear and concise fashion and clearly identified what corrective actions were required. The content and format of the report was excellent. The first of three stages was done to a very good standard on the scheduled day. We will be proceeding with the next stages when we can complete the preparatory work, which I have every confidence will be completed to the same standard.
