These shoes are amazing! They look fantastic, are very comfortable, and are the highest quality! The service from Thomas Bird has always been top notch! I was a bit disappointed in the shipping (DHL) because after receiving emails asking if I wanted delivery without having to sign for my package it was impossible to do. I even tried to make a DHL account and it still would NOT let me do the signature not needed feature like it had for previous orders! Fortunately, I had someone at my home to receive it!
