“Hello, I went into your website and messaged one of your online customer service agents, ask for the right shoe tree for the shoes I bought from you. I bought it and it doesn't fit the shoe type. Now I have to return it and pay a £10 fee. However Thomas bird has replied to me to wavier my return cost.”

“These shoes are amazing! They look fantastic, are very comfortable, and are the highest quality! The service from Thomas Bird has always been top notch! I was a bit disappointed in the shipping (DHL) because after receiving emails asking if I wanted delivery without having to sign for my package it was impossible to do. I even tried to make a DHL account and it still would NOT let me do the signature not needed feature like it had for previous orders! Fortunately, I had someone at my home to receive it!”
