“The shoe quality is excellent. The delivery is as promised and the price is fair. The fit is perfect for me and the shoes are quite comfortable from the first wearing. Style selection is broad and ranges from eye catching to classic. I know what to expect after several purchases and will undoubtedly purchase additional pairs in the future. I particularly like the double monk straps.”

“No complaints. I always receive my items within about five business days despite international shipping. Customer service is great and products are of excellent quality. I have been buying wholecut shoes from Thomas Bird for over five years and they are my favorite shoes to wear.”

“Regarding the company, I have bought several items over the past couple of years and spent several hundred pounds. They offer quality, stylish, well made items at good prices. Regarding their Customer Service, I asked a straightforward question regarding their award points and got a (what can only be) generic reply, that did not answer my question. I won't buy from you again (as I don't need to) and I'm sure I won't be missed. Your email reply proved that.”

“I was in contact with customer service a little bit via e-mail before officially purchasing two wallets - one of which was a gift. I've had my wallet now for probably about 6 months and it's held up well. The person for whom I gifted the other wallet still loves it. Excellent communication, customer service, and -- of course -- product.”

“30 British Pounds ($38USD) is a bit steep for the return fee. It would be nice if that were issued as a store credit or an exchange for another style. As someone who owns 3 pair of TB Chelsea boots, not sure I can justify taking that risk of trying another pair.”

We always appreciate all feedback and we can understand your concern regarding returns costs and we have seen a significant increase in shipping costs for us but we will always try and work with our customers not only on advising how our shoes fit and compare to other styles but we can always look into exchanging to a different style or colour if available but this has to come through us directly as our online returns system unfortunately can't offer this.
