The shoes from Thomas Bird are gorgeous. The craftsmanship is impeccable and they look stunning. These are very high quality shoes. My usual size was just a tad bit roomy and that was fixed by some insoles that I normally have in all my shoes and also wearing thicker boot socks. The customer service is top notch. And the delivery was super-fast too. I've also purchased a pair of Oxblood Monk straps too and look forward to buying more from Thomas Bird. Very highly recommended!
