This company is amazing! The customer service is first class. I made an error in my order without knowing and if Grant had not been so diligent in his job by even checking the dye difference in the batches, I would have had the wrong colour for a baby blanket. It was completely my fault but I was given the option straight away of cancelling or correcting my order which he did for me immediately.
The service, price, delivery have all been excellent both times that I have used The Wool Factory and I plan on returning for every project, thank you.
