“Have no complaints re the service provided, but disappointed with Hayfield Spirit DK shade Autumn. Despite all the batch numbers being the same, when knitting and joining on the next ball, I discovered the shade was darker on the new ball. Fortunately I had ordered 7 balls as was not sure what pattern I was going to use, managed to get my husbands cardigan finished. Have used this brand before with no problems.”

“The service is second to none. There’s a huge range of will at prices to suit everyone. The orders are quickly despatched and the customer kept fully informed of progress. I have been using this company for some time now and never had and problems at all. If I had to be a bit picky I’d request sturdier cardboard boxes for deliveries as a couple of times my order has been popping out of it packaging. Not a huge issue and never lost anything and I’d rather have cardboard than plastic”
