“The delivery has been delayed, maybe even lost, by Mail service BUT support at ThePiHut has been fantastic.I have to mention Jayde, she has promptly, politely, patiently & positively supported me with my delivery issues. 5 starts to ThePiHut, this is the first time I've had delivery issues out of many orders and you can only tell how good a company is when stuff goes wrong! We'll done team.”

“The PI kit arrived impressively fast, next day (even though I had ordered it at 4pm the evening before) safe and sound with an incredibly nice unboxing experience which got me incredibly invested into playing with my new piece of tech, it's Pre installed Linux based OS is super fast paired with the immense amount of power from such a small machine! Thank you I can't wait to find put what is possible with it”

“I don't normally do reviews, but I'll make an exception here because Pi Hut is absoluely my favourite place to get gadgets and components. You know that what you buy from them will be a quality product, the prices are fair, dispatch is always quick and the items are superbly boxed. The website describes the products accurately, and in many cases has hints and tips or documentation which is dead useful and few other resellers provide. Top marks!”

“I’ve ordered from the Pi Hut 3 times in the last few weeks, always good items and service, highlighted by them contacting me about a double order after a payment snafu to prevent sending out a double order. Would be 5* if not for the payment system basically locking up post purchase on one of my orders leaving me unsure if the order had processed or not”

“As soon I pressed to complete the order realised that website didn't got the address from PayPal (my chosen payment method) and instead use my old address saved from my previous order. I email customer service that told me that nothing could be done. I should be more careful but customer service should be more helpful. As there's no tracking number for order of £30 I lost my money and my item. Definitely this put me off from buying from you again. I'll start use website with better customer service for future orders.”

“Very well designed and manufactured. Much better than US offerings and what's more - they are designed in Britain! Having used the RP400 (in Spanish)- was able to convert to English very easily. For the price of the main system, the Raspberry is extremely good value and fantastic for the easiest programming language (unlike the C language , due to the use of Python. PLEASE don't stop doing what you best!”
