I'm torn about this review. On one hand, the purchase itself was straightforward and the items I've paid for (that was on June 4) were allegedly sent the next day. I say allegedly because the package never arrived. The support person I was in contact with about the issue was polite and sounded like he was trying to resolve the problem. However, I had to wait for 25 working days for ThePiHut to confirm that the package was not delivered. They graciously agreed to send the replacement, and it finally arrived on July 25. The packaging was far from great. The items were loose inside the box and, being electronics, it was a miracle that they were not damaged (that's probably because the items' original packaging were excellent.) So, it was a mixed experience. I know that ThePiHut is not directly responsible for physically delivering the goods, but it is the part of the whole experience. And that part was abysmal.
