Ordering was confusing because it declined first card, but then switched my address when I entered a new card. Almost lost the shippment, and after ordering, the support teams claims they can do nothing. To me this is a bad customer experience if you're helpless over your own fulfillment process....
Luckily, the post office was able to figure out and correct the mess.
