So I received an email from the phone casino asking me to leave an honest review… here it goes… I’m leaving 3 stars for NOW!! The site has decent well known games; good layout, easy to navigate seems to have a great pay out too. Customer service via email are very very prompt at responding too queries etc. employees I have spoken too have been kind and patient with me. However the online chat appears unavailable 24/7 and can’t seem to get through via phone - but I guess the support via email makes up for that? I won just over 5k. I requested to withdraw 2k 2k 1k and £400 (at the same time) The £400 was paid literally instantly in seconds, the other 5k I’m still awaiting. I emailed support querying why the £400 was instant and not the 5k.. who corresponded promptly within the hour letting me know all withdrawal requests are subject to checks and to be approved by the accounts team. I was congratulated on my wins and told my 5k withdrawal would be cleared within 1-5 days. I made my withdrawal 02/08/2024 On Wednesday (tomorrow) 07/08/2024 will be five days unless excluding the weekend it will be 09/08/2024 I’m expected to receive my funds into my bank. However, I have tried to log into my phone casino account and now I have too submit additional information about employment & income. Prior to this I had sent in passport, license and housing letters and all was approved. They released the £400 instantly so I’m not sure why after being approved and releasing part of my winnings this is popping up ? I’m pretty sure it has nothing too do with my withdrawal as it is already in progress, and does not comply with license condition 17 - customer identity verification. However seeing some of the reviews online has put some doubt into one’s mind! Amid those there are a fair few positive reviews too!! 😊 I shall update this review and confirm when my withdrawal has been cleared !! And boost this review too a 5 star !! Hold tight! !
