We have had a few issues, the first being more than a 2 week delay in delivery from the quoted date which we only found about when the first part arrived in complete, we had to contact customer services on several occassions for an update. The second issue is in relation to a followup order, I placed an order checking that I had ordered the same thing and the wrong panels were sent (darker colour), I have tried repeatedly to contact customer services via email (no reply), and telephone (rings out). This has resulted in us being unable to complete the installation and we currently have an un-useable bathroom with absolutely no support. The builders have had to re-scheduled twice at our expense. We also ordered the same trims only to find that the edging trim that arrived is different to the first batch (in terms of its physical size). This is way beyond unacceptable customer service for a product at this cost. It is a shame that we got no response from Customer Service as this would have greatly improved the Score I feel I had to submit, hopefully now someone might get in contact to sort our issue out. All of that being said the panels we have recieved are very good quality easy to install and arrived in generally good quality, the factory cuts are not great, but as long as you don't need a full height board you shoule be ok.
