“This shopping experience was a sad one. I ordered 3 x 15W Kosnic spiral bulbs for £22.86 on 29 Nov, got word that they'd been 'picked' on 23 Dec, received and was asked to give a review on 2 Jan (a month to receipt was painful). On installing the first bulb, smoke came out of the base of the bulb after a couple of minutes and it stopped working. I put another new one in - the light flickered, then same smoke. I called in an electrician thinking the ceiling bulb holder must be shorting. He fitted a new hanging socket but the next Kosnic bulb attempt still failed. The electrician told me sometimes you do 'get a bad batch'. This was disappointing after such a long wait. Waste of money as another bulb brand works perfectly well. I'd appreciate some working bulbs of the same warm light type if anyone is reading these reviews and cares to satisfy... Gordon Glass, Newport Pagnell.”

“I have given two stars as the light bulb took such a long time to get to me (a few weeks) that I had to go elsewhere to find one, so have returned it. I'm sure there was nothing wrong with the bulb itself-I didn't take it out of the packaging.”

“Disappointed that the advertised as Philips GLS 300w E40/GES 240v Philips Clear Light Bulb 8.77GBP each x4 £35.08 inc carriage 9 Dec 2024 order with payment taken (ON: E041777) and email claiming: ‘getting your order ready to be shipped’. Order chased on 23rd Dec 2024 08001313003 agents claim to update by email failed to materialise. Unbranded bulbs arrived 3rd Jan 2025 WITHOUT ANY GENUINE AUTHENTIC Philips branding on the bulbs or boxes leads to suspect the Baptist Church whom have received these will be changing them sooner than expected at great cost as they are installed approximately 30ft up about 20ft apart hence the intention to purchase a branded reputeable product to reduce service, maintainance and disruption costs.”

“A product I ordered had been discontinued, so an alternative was sent. This turned out to be the wrong size. Easy Lightbulbs not only recommended an alternative company that may be able to help, but also sent me a free returns label to post back the alternative product sent. They couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend this company. Lesley D”

“My order was not shipped for some time. I telephoned and was told that there had been problems but that my order would be shipped that day. I did not rceive a shipping confirmation and therefore rang again the nexct day to find that my order had still not been shipped and there was no record of my previous day's telephone call. My order was then shipped that day and arrived the following day.”

“I ordered 2 K-Class 240w 240v R7s Bell Lighting Clear Linear Double Ended Halogen Light Bulb - 117mm in November. After two weeks of not arriving I emailed Easy Light Bulbs asking where my bulbs were and/or a full refund. This seemed to set in motion a response and the bulbs were dispatched to me within a couple of days. I have no idea why it took so long…but am glad the bulbs arrived and are exactly what I wanted.”

“Placed an order for 3 410mm tubes which were in stock Order placed on 5th Dec and didnt arrive until 30th Dec I sent several emails chasing ,no response Rang and finally spoke to someone in customer services who said items were ready but still waiting for despatch department to ship them ,big backlog andvi was told firm wouldnt invest in more staff Even allowing for xmas 25 days to ship 3 small tubes Very poor”
