I contacted Customer Service for help and received an e-mail reply the very next day with a 'link' to enable me to order the Teddy I wanted. I could not have asked for a better service. The Teddy is beautiful, and it was so easy to organise, and my daughter absolutely loves it. Thank you to everyone who worked on this for me. God Bless.
