Used the £20.00 deposit , booked on Sat 6th April 24 , when I read the reviews the cottage had more than one review stating it was dirty , I called on Monday 8th April to cancel but I couldn’t get through . I got through on Wednesday but Sykes won’t let me cancel or change properties stating they will require £345.00 to cancel the holiday . Terrible customer service . Be warned . Read the small print . Scammers
