I arrived at Izmir airport but there were no drivers waiting. I checked everywhere and then told by the customer service team that I should have waited at the arrivals lounge. After waiting more and calling the customer service again I found out there were no drivers arranged due to an administrative error. Don’t bother. It’s a scam.
