If I could rate zero stars I would. Booked and prepaid for a transfer from a small village 1hr 20 minutes from TFS and transfer never arrived. When e called they said there was a problem and they were but coming. No taxis in the village we nearly missed the plane. Refund not processed and no apology….steer away

⸻ Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Premium Price At first, everything seemed fine. The driver met us and helped with our luggage — though not very willingly, but okay. During the ride, things were going smoothly until we took one bite of a cookie, and he asked us not to eat in the car. Fair enough — we respected the rule. But from that point, everything went downhill. When we arrived, the driver simply opened the doors without saying a word — he didn’t even let us know we had reached our destination. We had to get out and unload all of our luggage ourselves while he just stood there watching, offering no help at all. We had booked the most expensive Premium Minivan option, which includes luggage assistance, onboard Wi-Fi (which we were never offered), and a professionally dressed driver — yet he was dressed in casual clothes. To make matters worse, he dropped us off at the wrong location. We had to wait outside in the cold with all our luggage and order a taxi at our own expense to get to our actual apartment. This experience was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid — €200. I’ve already canceled our return airport transfer because I don’t trust this service anymore. I strongly demand a full refund. ⸻

Five people from the Belfast flight on Friday 4/4/25 were Left waiting 2 hours in bus park without any vehicle there. Each of the 4 other travellers complained at the MTS office during this time and were told “2 minutes”. Then other people arrived from another flight but there was still no transport. After 2 hours an 8 seater van arrived and another of our 5 passengers courageously pushed through the crowd and the driver agreed we five could get in. Then we waited another 15 minutes while the driver scouted the crowd for 3 more passengers before we got on our way to Corralego

I had a very troubling and unacceptable experience with individuals claiming to represent Sun Transfers. After responding to their Facebook ad for driver recruitment, I was contacted by two men—Alex Varga and Jan Myroshnikh—who claimed to be managers and offered me a job in Zagreb, Croatia. I live in Prague, Czechia, and was promised that my travel expenses (fuel, Austrian vignette, and hotel) would be paid upfront, so I wouldn't bear any financial risk. We agreed I would drive to the Czech-Austrian border, and at that point, I was supposed to receive confirmation of hotel booking and reimbursement. However, nothing was arranged as promised. Despite multiple reassurances and claims of “mistakes,” I continued as far as Linz, where again, the hotel was not paid for, despite further promises. Then the situation escalated. One of the individuals, Alex, became extremely aggressive and vulgar. He posted a photo of me and my young child (taken from social media) along with my home address and phone number, calling me a thief and posting it publicly on several Facebook and Instagram pages. He also threatened me directly, saying they would find and harm me. He even sent a photo of my home. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but also potentially criminal. If Sun Transfers is associated with or employing people who behave like this, I would urge others to stay far away—both as a potential employee and as a client.

The driver Hamza never showed up at the Marrakech airport the date and day of appointment. Called him on his mobile 673643485 nothing happened! Asked him to return my payment to the creditcard, nothing happened. Be aware, this is not a serious company one can trust!!

Pickup from santa Barbara teneriffe to airport did not turn up. Chased on WhatsApp and eventually sorted with replacement an hour later. We were in reception 15 mins before and chased after half hour late. Though sorted eventually did not need this at end of a great holiday and will not use you again

Transfer für die Ankunft am Flughafen in Marrakech um 7.30 gebucht. Der Fahrer Hamza meldete sich am Vortag und bestätigte die Abholung, leider war er zu dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt nicht da. Wir warteten 1 Stunde und haben ihn dann angerufen, er teilte mit in 10 Minuten da zu sein. Nachdem er innerhalb von weiteren 30 Minuten nicht kam und dazu sein Telefon abgestellt hatte, nahmen wir ein anderes Taxi. Den bezahlten Betrag möchte ich gerne zurückhaben, danke!

Outstanding service, which surpassed all expectations. Received a text from our transfer driver the evening before our flight, introduced self, provided registration number and a video to help guide us to the pick up point. Explained about phoning him on arrival and he was there within 5 minutes. Same excellent service for our return transfer. Highly recommended and would use their service in the future.

Arrived on the Island of Sal expecting a taxi driver holding a board with my name on it, We waited 30 minutes whilst I tried to ring both of the phone numbers on the voucher, no answer and they never rang back. I have now emailed Suntranfers for a refund and there reply is it will take 20 days to investigate my claim ridiculous. Very poor service will never use them again nor would I recommend them.

Habíamos reservado un servicio de transfer desde el Aeropuerto de Punta Cana hasta nuestro hotel. Cuando llegamos, nadie estaba esperándonos y simplemente pudimos ver por casualidad nuestro nombre escrito en una pizarra junto al de otras personas. Junto a la pizarra no había nadie a quien dirigirse y cuando por fin apareció la persona presuntamente responsable nos comunica que no hay coche. Que el que había se ha ido a realizar otro servicio y que no puede asegurar cuándo estará de vuelta, pero que seguro que no antes de una hora. De esta manera, llegamos con cerca de 2 horas de retraso al hotel, con todos los restaurantes ya cerrados por lo que no pudimos cenar, teniendo además que gestionar otro medio de transporte por nuestra cuenta.

worst service ever, we waited for more than an hour, the customer service didn't know how to help, in the end they had cancelled the shuttle without telling us. we had to find for ourselves that they put us on a taxi. from Tenerife north airport.

I used the Sun transfer for private transfer from Airport to hotel in sharm El sheikh in January 2025. In addition, I used for all my excursions in Egypt. The car was good, comfortable and very clean. The driver arrived promptly as per the pick up time arranged. During the excursions to Luxor and Cairo, the driver was friendly, minibus was comfortable, the guide was knowledgeable and provided information about each place that we visited. Spoke very good English so that we could understand.

Transfer booked for Malaga airport as we were travelling with 3 young children and had a very early flight so wanted a quick and stress free transfer. 25 minutes after the expected arrival time the driver had still not arrived driver and there was no contact from the driver or company to advise of any delays so I phoned the company, after an extremely long wait to get through they provided no assistance or advice, we were just told the driver would be there but no time could be provided. 25 minutes later the driver eventually showed up, no apologies give for the 45-50 minute delay. We paid for a car seat and none provided. Very poor customer service and would never use again.

We were very excited to use this service for airport transport upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport on January 9th, 2025 to our Bangkok downtown hotel. We came out from Customs and Immigration and saw a multitude of drivers holding up passenger signs but none for our party (we had ordered an 8 passenger van). We went to several counters trying to get information and finally saw a sign with our party's name taped to a counter desk. We inquired and the attendants seemed rather confused and began scrambling trying to find a vehicle for us ... NOT A GREAT START! The second half of our 'trip' five days later was a return trip to the airport ... we were picked up promptly and dropped off at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This is where it got a bit frustrating ... our driver dropped us off at the terminal and drove off. To our surprise, once we got inside, we were told we were at the wrong airport! The carrier we were flying on left from a different airport than the one where we had arrived! We spent 200USD for 2 taxis to take us onward. We were told ANY driver should have known this carrier did NOT leave from Suvarnabhumi Airport. I showed the SunTransfer driver our voucher when we were initially picked up at our hotel ... we have since heard from SunTranfers and told it was our responsibility to know the proper airport. I believe that in principal is true but we were disappointed SunTransfers would not understand how new visitors coming to a potentially unfamiliar country might benefit from having their in country reps checking bookings and raise any red flags like different airport options! PS - BTW, we KNOW the 2 taxi drivers that we used to get to the correct airport overcharged us but we were stuck 😞 We received your final disposition via email on the 21st of January and appreciate your investigation.

Really disappointing that Suntransfers would neither reschedule nor refund when our flight was delayed due to a cyclone. Would not recommend at all
