“I used the Sun transfer for private transfer from Airport to hotel in sharm El sheikh in January 2025. In addition, I used for all my excursions in Egypt. The car was good, comfortable and very clean. The driver arrived promptly as per the pick up time arranged. During the excursions to Luxor and Cairo, the driver was friendly, minibus was comfortable, the guide was knowledgeable and provided information about each place that we visited. Spoke very good English so that we could understand.”

“Transfer booked for Malaga airport as we were travelling with 3 young children and had a very early flight so wanted a quick and stress free transfer. 25 minutes after the expected arrival time the driver had still not arrived driver and there was no contact from the driver or company to advise of any delays so I phoned the company, after an extremely long wait to get through they provided no assistance or advice, we were just told the driver would be there but no time could be provided. 25 minutes later the driver eventually showed up, no apologies give for the 45-50 minute delay. We paid for a car seat and none provided. Very poor customer service and would never use again.”

“We were very excited to use this service for airport transport upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport on January 9th, 2025 to our Bangkok downtown hotel. We came out from Customs and Immigration and saw a multitude of drivers holding up passenger signs but none for our party (we had ordered an 8 passenger van). We went to several counters trying to get information and finally saw a sign with our party's name taped to a counter desk. We inquired and the attendants seemed rather confused and began scrambling trying to find a vehicle for us ... NOT A GREAT START! The second half of our 'trip' five days later was a return trip to the airport ... we were picked up promptly and dropped off at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This is where it got a bit frustrating ... our driver dropped us off at the terminal and drove off. To our surprise, once we got inside, we were told we were at the wrong airport! The carrier we were flying on left from a different airport than the one where we had arrived! We spent 200USD for 2 taxis to take us onward. We were told ANY driver should have known this carrier did NOT leave from Suvarnabhumi Airport. I showed the SunTransfer driver our voucher when we were initially picked up at our hotel ... we have since heard from SunTranfers and told it was our responsibility to know the proper airport. I believe that in principal is true but we were disappointed SunTransfers would not understand how new visitors coming to a potentially unfamiliar country might benefit from having their in country reps checking bookings and raise any red flags like different airport options! PS - BTW, we KNOW the 2 taxi drivers that we used to get to the correct airport overcharged us but we were stuck 😞 We received your final disposition via email on the 21st of January and appreciate your investigation.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. I had booked and paid for a luxury transfer as per what was advertised on their website and a dirty minivan turned up to collect us. I complained to the company and they were very unhelpful and stated that their tcs &cs state they can send alternative transport with more capacity. This doesn’t make sense as there were only two of us travelling and I had paid for a private transfer. Will never use this company again.”

“DEAR ALL please never use this service anymore - the driver did not find us in Capetown- was in the wrong place for pick-up. Even though customer service provided a map where the driver was waiting and it was the wrong place for pick-up, Suntransfer did not accept that they were wrong. Unpolite service - please never use again. No refund accepted”

“We booked a transfer from Malta Airport including two car seat. Upon arrival, no one was there. We contacted the company and found out that they had not made any arrangements at all, they had simply ignored our booking. They arranged another car which took another 15 minutes and had no car seats. Initially only the cost of the car seats was refunded, after complaining another 30% discount was offered. This was still more expensive and slower than it would have been to flag a taxi at the airport ourselves. Never again”

“We booked Suntransfers for our arrival and departure in Tenerife. There was no car available on arrival, we were told to wait 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to call the helpline to ask for assistance, they contacted the desk for us to stand in a taxi queue where they tried to flag a taxi for us. Our return journey was non existent due to the roads being closed to our hotel which we had to inform suntransfer of due to a yearly race , surely the company should be aware of this? I have contacted suntransfers regarding my issues and they have no responded”

“DO NOT USE in Tenerife anyway! We booked a private car transfer to the 5 Star Hard Rock Hotel for our 25 wedding anniversary celebrations. The driver was on time and was very courteous however led us to an old and rusty 16 seater minibus. The seats were ripped and mismatched in colour and fabric. Within the first five minutes of our 30 minute journey we could smell diesel fumes in the cabin. The driver had the windows open but the fumes were so bad we felt nauseous and had headaches by the time we arrived at our hotel. It took a few hours to feel better again. We immediately reported this and were told we would receive a response once the matter was investigated. We hoped for our return journey Suntransfers would make the effort to at least send a car this time but, no, a different old and rusty mini-bus appeared at the entrance of the 5 star hotel. No fumes this time (thank goodness) but the condition of the mini-bus was worst than the first! Apparently a 20 euro refund was sufficient compensation for us effectively being poisoned by diesel fumes and the incorrect vehicle being provided.”

“Trip to Hurghada was seamless. Driver was waiting at airport with same on board. 3 minutes later in car. 25 minutes later booking into hotel in Makadi bay. Return just as efficient. Great timekeeping. 1st class service and unbeatable on price.😄”

“We had a transfer from Alicante airport (Spain) to Torrevieja and back. On both ways we were served by Daniel, who was an excellent driver. He sent us a WhatsApp-message confirming our booking and another to inform that he is on site waiting for us. Very reassuring! Daniel drove carefully, was very friendly and polite. You could notice his experience. Excellent customer service!”

“Hemos solicitado un traslado desde el hotel al aeropuerto en Punta Cana. La reserva ha sido muy sencilla. Luego se ha contactado con nosotros el sales manager de la compañía Mango tours para reconfirmarlo. Y por la madrugada según lo acordado paso a recogernos Yoander. Fenomenal!! Su profesionalismo, actitud, amabilidad, don de gente, para destacar!!!. Si viajan a Punta Cana pregunten por él!! Super recomendable!!”

“Stay away. They opened the bus and hit my grandsons head but never even apologised. No information given about the delay, just standing at the side of the bus smoking and only for someone got off to ask, we would have had to wait up to 2 hours on the bus to even take off. 16 passengers, including us, walked off the bus.”

“Nooit meer Suntransfers Op 20 november taxi geregeld op Tenerife Sud richting playa las americas. Wij hebben zeker 45 minuten gewacht op de taxi. Op 18 december zouden wij om 14.30 opgehaald worden bij ons appartement . Wij hebben staan te wachten tussen 14.15 en 15.00 uur maar geen taxi. In die tussentijd zelf heen en weer gelopen maar geen taxi. Om 14.45 gebeld maar kreeg niemand aan de lijn. Dus om 15.00 uur maar een normale taxi genomen. Toen wij in de taxi zaten werden wij gebeld om 15.15 waar wij waren beetje laat toch? Na een mailwisseling verdraait Suntransfers onze woorden dat de chauffeur er al was om 14.35 dus waarom heeft hij toen niet gebeld. Dus mensen boek geen Suntransfers want je bent je geld kwijt. Trouwens de normale taxi's volop en nog voordeliger ook. Datum van ervaring: 18 december 2024”
