I’ve been with Start Rescue for over 5 years and am happy with the great customer service they provide. Renewal has never been easier. The price is affordable. When I call them, the operator is friendly and understanding. I manage to renew over the phone. Their website is convenient and it is easy to download the new policy documents. Customers are given the options to turn ON / OFF automatic updates, delete the saved Debit / Credit Card, change their details: Address, Car Reg. etc. So far I haven’t made a claim and cannot say anything about the process but everything else seems alright. Overall, I am happy with this insurance company.
