“I have never had to use the services of Start Rescue, but get annoyed shortly before the year is up when I am bombarded by a series of text messages and emails, reminding me to renew. The "Why did you choose to buy or renew our cover?" options should include "Couldn't be bothered to change" and "Inertia or Apathy"...”

“I have once had to call on your services following an accident at a roundabout. I used the app to contact you and the emergency service turned up very quickly, cleared up the bits of my vehicle from the road and managed to tape up the front bodywork to make it safe to drive. He then folloed me home...about a mile. Excellent service.”

“Seems to be a fairly decent price. I've got 5 of our family vehicles with Start Rescue. Never had to use them in the last 4-5 years though so I cannot comment on the service.”

“One weekend night, about an hour from home, the alternator on my old car failed. I was told that someone would be with me in about 2 hours. Around 1 hour after calling Start Rescue, a recovery truck arrived which took me and my car home. As my car was recovered late at night when the garages were closed, I phoned Start Rescue a few days later, and they agreed to take my car to a local garage without charging me for it. Fortunately, I replaced the alternator myself, but it was reassuring to know that they could have taken my car to the garage if I had been unable to fix it myself.”
