No one works there it seems? Phone never answered, emails not answered.
Good sold a fault phone which took nearly two weeks to arrive. Then all my messages got ignored about retuning the phone. Also phone calls not answered.
I only got my refund because of PayPal and even that they tried to wriggle out of.

“Awful company to deal with. Quoted me £376 online for a phone in brand new condition. They then offered me £200 as they required to purchase additional insurance for the device. I sent them a phone exactly as described when they quoted me and they nearly halved the offer for no reason. If they needed the insurance then they should have factored that into the original quote.”
“My partner wanted to move up from her old iPhone 8 and the 13 seemed like a good choice. I found new ones for £450 but the idea of a refurbished 'pristine' phone for £300 sounded a good deal.
Despite reading a few negative reviews from other customers, I need not have worried. Delivery was fast - ordered Sunday, arrived Thursday - and the phone was indeed in pristine condition. The battery shows nearly 90% capacity and has proved to need charging far less often than the old 8 did. The transfer between the phones was even easier than either of us had anticipated so I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars; I would definitely use Smart Cellular again!”

“They quote price then they lower it to 70% due to insurance things they should tell everything in first place this looks like you're telling lies to your customers! Need to improve how to do business deals ! Or you will find yourself no where!”
“I’ve never been more frustrated with a company in my life. I ordered a phone, and instead of receiving what I paid for, I got the wrong model. No big deal, I thought—mistakes happen. But that’s where the customer service ended. I sent multiple emails requesting either an exchange or a refund. Absolutely no response. Crickets. Complete radio silence.
I returned the phone in good faith, thinking the issue would be resolved, but once again—nothing. No updates, no apologies, no effort to fix their mistake. It’s clear they couldn’t care less about their customers.
After weeks of being ignored, I had no choice but to escalate the issue to PayPal. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They are completely unprofessional and seem to have no intention of making things right.”
“This is going to be a mixed review. My phone arrived fine with no issues but there were multiple issues with my wife's phone. Firstly it arrived much much later then mib=ne, even though hers was ordered first and it can in the wrong colour. She arranged for it to be returned to be exchanged for the right colour but didn't get any confirmation that it had been received. After calling well after she was told the exchange would be issued she was told than she had been refunded the money! No email notification, so we could still be waiting now if we hadn't chased it up. Then we had multiple attempts to try and get the right phone ordered but was told it was out of stock (even though it was still on the website) so we went elsewhere! This experience has really put us off using Smart Cellular again.”
“Hi there, I was wooed into buying from Smart Cellular with the extra £15 off voucher but from the point of order onwards, my experience went a bit wrong!
I initially placed the order on a Sunday afternoon but even though I was expecting an email confirmation, I got nothing. I did get a text message which was something.
I was then waiting for an update and tracking number but nothing came through. So I decided to register to get the updates but after I had signed in, my order wasn't shown on the system. At that point I emailed my concerns and also called Customer Services. They answered which was great and they told me they had skyped Sales (as it was a Sales issue) and that someone would call me back. They didn't. I did get a text stating my order had been processed but no tracking number as it hadn't been received by Royal Mail. The day before the delivery, I got a Royal mail tracking number which stated it was to arrive by 1pm.
When my son finally opened the pack, it was the wrong colour but by that time I had lost faith in your company and couldn't be bothered to try and rectify things.
Overall, I wish I'd gone somewhere else. Maybe for some, £400 isn't a big deal but I was expecting much more communication (especially via email) and confidence that I hadn't just been scammed.”
