“Really Poor. I sent my phone in and I would have graded it as excellent, but they graded as good. If I go on their website and grade it as good, the offer £270.00. Strangely, they offered my £200.00 and when I declined upped it to £230.00 It felt like a bit of a scam to me, so I asked them to return my phone. That was 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing.”

“Do not trust Smart Cellular.
I sent my iPhone 12 to Smart Cellular after they offered me £195 for it. The phone was in excellent, like-new condition when I sent it in. After receiving it, they suddenly claimed the motherboard had been replaced and that the phone had scratches and damage that were not there. They then dropped the offer to £70, which I declined.
After declining, they refused to return my phone unless I paid a fee, even though they are the ones who changed the offer based on claims that were completely untrue. My phone now remains in their possession.
They have ignored my calls, ignored my emails, and are refusing to communicate. I have now reported this to Trading Standards and the police, as they are withholding my property without any legitimate reason.
In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy, and people should avoid sending them their devices — you may not get your phone back.”

“Posted them my old phone, never received my money for it. Phone them could not find my account and still have never paid me. This was last December and £270 down thanks very much. Please avoid these people!!!!”
