I got the iPhone 14, starlight in the Good range. The phone came and it looks amazing! I had lower expectations from this company but I am blown away. The battery on the phone is higher than 80% so I’m even happier. There are a few scratches around the phone and the camera but that can be covered with a case. Overall, I’m happy with the phone, it was worth the price and maybe I’ll buy again in the future.

Worst company to sell your phone This is the worst company I have dealt with, not only in attempting to sell a phone, but overall. I sent a brand-new, sealed phone to the company. I was initially told that I had provided a false document and was later informed that the phone was on a contract. I provided the original Google invoice to demonstrate that this was not the case. The advertised price of £535 was subsequently reduced to £250 without a clear or reasonable explanation. I requested information on how to submit a formal complaint on multiple occasions, but these requests were ignored. I was also advised that my postage costs would be refunded; however, after the phone was returned to me, this refund was refused, steer well clear of them is my advice.

Ordered 2 phones, 1 was delayed but after numerous calls and emails chasing it was dispatched. But I had a missing cable (not all the world) but more importantly I needed invoices for insurance and I have tried calling numerous times, left messages, used what’s app, your message service on Facebook but the customer service support is nonexistent. I am getting no reply what so ever and all I want is an invoice for each as proof of purchase showing, where I purchased, the condition, date and the specific phone details so that they can be insured.

In December, I bought a refurbished Samsung S23 Plus in prestige condition from Smart Cellular and I’m very pleased with it. The phone was exactly as described. This is my second purchase from them — I previously bought an iPhone 11 for my daughter and had a great experience then as well. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. 5 stars from me 😄

I cancelled my order and I'm still waiting for my refund since 19th December 25 which I was informed I would receive in 10 days. Today is 15th January 26 and I haven't received any refund. I had to contact my bank and provide email evidence regarding my refund. I would never again buy anything from this company.

I purchased my phone off them mid October 25 , it was for a present in a weeks time , I was assured this would arrive, it didn’t , seems like they didn’t even have the phone to sell at that stage , I immediately cancelled my order received sluggish emails which confirmed this cancellation but a few days after along comes the phone , I requested to return it and have a refund, this request alone took 2 weeks to activate, they sent me a return label for Royal Mail, I immediately sent this back, , this was mid November 25 , they took weeks to confirm it’s safe receipt but have since done so , and I have 30 plus emails apologising for the delay in issuing my refund repeatedly saying the same despite advising them that I’m seeking legal advice etc etc , it’s 9 Jan 2026 and still waiting, please people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Have received my Apple iPhone 15 Plus from smart cellular the iPhone condition is perfect and phone is in perfect working order. Only thing I would say is that the iPhone is white in colour on the back which I did not expect. Nothing else to say about the iPhone exceeding my expectations in service and delivery I would definitely recommend as price better then Apple for reconditioned iPhone. Great service and delivery from smart cellular.

The payments are not same day after a lot of back on forth and they decided to offer me £300 less than I was quoted and way less that is quoted for my device online for even the lowest grade which my device they admitted was in amazing condition, I then got told I need to wait 3 days for payment even though on the website it clearly states 'same day', it has been nearly a week and I am still waiting for payment

The iPhone we ordered was exactly as described if not better, prestine condition we almost weren't expecting, so thank you for excellent service and communication and great mobile phone. I was worried it wouldn't arrive before Christmas so chased the team and was reassured it would and it did! No issues at all.

We purchased a pristine Samsung S22 phone which was in fantastic condition as described, saving us hundreds of pounds off the new price elsewhere. Smart Cellular have been great and we would highly recommend. We will be using them again when we need to purchase our next phone.

I ordered an iPhone 13 pro, it stated it was in pristine condition and the battery capacity would be a minimum of 80%. I can confirm that I received a pristine condition mobile phone with 83% battery capacity but I was sent the wrong colour, my 13 years old niece wanted graphite colour but got sierra blue instead, that's not an issue as she is extremely happy with the phone. I would recommend Smart Cellular, they have very competitive prices and the items come with a 24 months warranty.
