“Really bad service and they lie and wasted your time and money they offered me for my phone 523£ which is in excellent condition and when I send them and they wanted to give me 200£ for 15pro max lol”
“I would advise that you avoid ordering anything from this company.
I ordered an iphone and and apple watch, easy enough to order and the price seemed competitive, the parcel arrived the day before the delivery date, great! and when i opened the parcel the box inside was taped up and written on the tape was ' Before opening this seal please record a video to support any claims'. Well I am so glad that I did, as when i opened it, it only had the phone inside...no watch. I immediately emailed the company to ask whether the watch was being delivered separately. I had no reply, I phoned and emailed again the next day and had no satisfactory response, checking my order online the status said order complete. I phoned and emailed a few more times and still no satisfactory response.
I initiated a Chargeback from my bank and advised the company of this via email, 3 days later Royal mail tried to deliver me a parcel from the company which i refused to accept.”
“Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. They make you a reasonable offer, once they give your phone they greatly reduce the offer then up it very, very slightly. I had to pay for it's return and it's damaged. 1 star is too generous. Avoid!!!”
“I ordered a phone believing it would arrive in 2-3 working days. I was then called and told they didn't have my phone in stock but could 'maybe' offer a differernt colour. i was promised numerous times that they would sort this out and get back to me - but nothing. I've now requested a refund - still waiting for a response.”

“Ordered an IPhone 13 for my daughter’s first phone. Got a call after a week to say the colour I ordered wasn’t available. I was offered another colour , her second choice. They offered a free pair of wireless earbuds as a good will gesture. Phone arrived, well packaged along with a charging cable and the black wireless earbuds. Was all good over 80% battery life and graded as it was advertised. Daughter loves her phone with her fancy cover she got and attached. Good service all round. Wouldn’t hesitate in getting the next daughter her first phone here.

“ordered my phone almost 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived have tried calling customer service, and they lie, saying it is always being shipped the next day and then don't. or do not pick up !!!”
“Offered 1000 for my devices online then offered 400 for both so I sent proof of purchase but because it was through Apple they offered 400 then said the price moves up and down daily, refused so they offered 500 then refused and offered 630. Don’t use as the price they quote regardless if you phone meets the criteria for excellent they still under cut you massively. No one answers the phone aswell.”
“DONT BOTHER! Bought a £600 phonethat was "in as new" condition. When it arrived it had one big chip and numerous other marks. Managed to get hold of some one that said email pictures and I'll ring you back. Despite numerouse calls and emails, still no contact. Glad I purchased with my credit card. Look at the pictures if that's 'As New Condition' then stay clear of this firm”
“I ordered a refurbished iPhone on 10th June with a suggested delivery date of 15th. I am still waiting for a date for delivery and I have had a ‘very sorry we have experienced a high volume of orders response’. I’ve now asked for a refund or delivery asap. I will wait and see if I get a response.”

“I purchased an Apple iPhone 15 Pro (256 GB), Black Titanium, Unlocked, in Pristine Condition on 22 April. The following day, I received an email advising that despatch was expected within 2 working days; however, the phone was not delivered until 2 weeks later.
When I tried to charge the device, it would not charge at all. I contacted Smart Cellular to arrange a return and request a refund. They received the handset on 15 May, and as of 9 June I am still waiting for my refund.
Overall, I am disappointed with both the product condition and the length of time taken to process the refund.”
“The pricing team downgraded my condition to "poor", which is fine, but then offered me a price £200 lower than the advertised price for a poor condition phone.”
“Be wary - hook web price/protracted haggling tactics ...
I'm not a fan of the tactic of a hook web headline offer with an incentive and then offered a drastically reduced purchase price after sending the phone in ie web offer £115 reduced to £16.50 which included 10% extra! Apparently even though phone looked after and always kept in a case, a 'professional LED light' inspection showed minor marks and scratches. What followed was to and fro haggling, despite requesting a return several times, over nearly 2 weeks until agreement sum reached (£70) which was then paid promptly. Would it not have been better to offer a realistic web/offer on inspection price and be done with it ....”

“Overall, I had a very good experience with Smart Cellular. The process was straightforward and I knew roughly what to expect going in.
The only downside was that my phone was regraded once it had been received and posted, which resulted in losing around 70% of the initial evaluation value — a bit of a sting, though I'll be honest, it wasn't entirely unexpected.
What really stood out was the service from both Tony and Jake. They were absolutely amazing at ensuring my payment came through quickly, and they were kind and courteous throughout. Both are real assets to the company.
Despite the regrade, I would recommend Smart Cellular — just go in with realistic expectations about the final valuation. Thanks again, Tony and Jake!”

“Very poor service received from Smart Cellular. Ordered a phone online as the website clearly stated delivery within 2 business days. The very next day I received an email saying due to the busy summer period my order may not arrive until the end of the week or even next week.
Tried calling several times but nobody answers the phone and there is no proper customer support available. Left voicemail messages and sent emails but still received no response despite them claiming a 24-hour response time.
Customers should be aware before ordering. Misleading delivery promises and extremely poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.”
