“Great value for the product and teh condition was fab. However it took 3 weeks not 3-5 days to arrive. Emails were answered but it was difficult to get through on the phone and after a few days I thought we had been scammed. However we hadn't and I have a very happy son.”

I give no stars, this company does not care about their customers. In fact the customer service they pride themselves on is non existent.
They either ignore me or lie to me.

I would say itโs a scam - price given and phone (stupidly) sent in by me. Tracked and itโs been delivered but heard nothing from them. No response to email, phone put down on me.
Checked online account and price quoted there is nearly ยฃ200 less than offered but still canโt do anything as no contact.

“The phone took a while to arrive, so don't expect a next day delivery. Order early and you won't be disappointed. However I still haven't received the original box that I ordered with the phone. I ordered on the 3rd of December for a Christmas present. Not a massive issue as I just purchased another box from a different seller, in time for Christmas. But I'm having issues getting a refund for the box I ordered with the phone. May be worth considering getting a box from another seller if you want it quickly.”
